Before and After
So, I promised photos of my haircut. I should have taken them fresh out of the salon, because for the life of me, I can't get my new hair to behave all glossy and slick and pretty like it did when the stylist was done with me. My natural hair personality has reclaimed my head, and I suspect it will take some serious products and skill with a straightening iron (both of which I now own, but am afraid to try unless I don't have anyplace to go, and the kids are corralled.)
Nonetheless, I think it looks better.

And I'm not just saying it because I, too, just got a haircut that looks amazingly similar to yours. You look great! I have haphazard brown hair and you have luscious red, but other than that...same cut! And I'm liking mine more everyday!
