Wholeheartedly
It is a golden, windy morning here at the Circus, and despite the relatively early hour, my kids have taken three sleeping bags out onto our deck, where they are playing "camping." An hour ago, while I did my workout video, they set up a "lemonade stand" in the kitchen, and my oldest answered the phone with "Hello, Lauck Cafe, can I take your order please?" The television is off, and the aroma of coffee is in my nostrils. The windchimes that hang outside my kitchen are tinkling. I am happy.
What to do with the next twelve hours of sunlight? We're thinking of swimming, although the wind is sharp today. I've got a thousand chores to tackle, projects long anticipated and never quite attempted. Could it be that my anti-procrastination audio program isn't working yet? I'm shaking the dust off of my good intentions, and I'm dragging the kids with me. Boy, are they excited.
Other things that are making me happy this morning - slept-on, fuzzy french-braided pigtails on my youngest. The fact that my dryer seems to be working today. Knowing that The Kind Journal is on its way to my house. Having a pantry and fridge full of healthy foods. Realizing it is Wednesday already. Having a whole pile of vacation photos to upload.
Life is good.

I'm so happy you are happy! We are having those strong winds today too, combined with 90 degree temperatures. Hurray for summer in Michigan :)
