Unsettled. Or maybe gassy.

Iiieeeeee! I just noticed that tomorrow is not only Friday the 13th, but it is also pajama day at school for the kids. Guess I better make sure that their cute pajamas are clean.
I'm running on fumes over here. Things are getting done, and I did manage to fill the fridge and pantry with nutritious, yummy food today, and I'm pretty close to being caught up on my email wreckage from earlier in the week, but my body is just worn out.
Of course, given that my hair is still falling out, it could be that my thyroid medicine needs to be changed or boosted or something.
Or it could be that I've been eating really poorly and not sleeping well, and have been generally vibrating with low levels of stress for a month solid now.
It's not just me, though. My dog, Donna, has also been having issues the last day or so. She woke up stiff and bizarro yesterday, prompting a visit to the vet, which yielded exactly nothing. She pretty much lay around, clearly in some sort of discomfort, and acted really strange for 24 hours. And then she seems to have moved through it, leading me to believe that her stomach was just funky, and after a day of farting that would make a fraternity proud, she's much happier.
I am not sure if a few good blasts from my rear would help put some pep back in my step, but I'm willing to give it a go.
My sister has been reading up on the Wonders of Kale and other raw food and special super-healthy diet things, so I yanked a copy of some raw food diet book off of my shelf. I hadn't opened it but once, when a PR firm sent it my way. It sounds like kale and some of these other recipes that involve making juice from things that are green is a great way to get things moving. Also, a great way to put yourself off eating entirely, possibly.

Omygaw....this totally made me laugh out loud but I had to stifle it because I'm at work. We can learn so much from our dogs...when in doubt, let it out.
Hope you're feeling up to snuff soon!

Goodness, forget going the natural route, just go for the quick and easy ex-lax or whatever, hehe.
This made me smile. I've been in a funk lately and its hard to snap out of the "running on fumes" phase. Even when you get a day to fill the tank, life is still exhausting

I'm a big fan of farts. So's my hubby. We have contests and sometimes I win.
