I just spent four minutes watching Ke$ha's video for Tik Tok with my kids.

All three kids stood watching with baffled expressions and crinkled noses, as though they were smelling something distasteful.

I dispensed my parenting wisdom for the day: do not model your behavior or fashion-sense after Ke$ha.

And then we watched Leslie Hall's video for Tight Pants / Body Rolls.

The kids were much more appreciative of Leslie's moves and accompanying dancers. And the bodysuit. And pretty much everything about it.

Aaaand I think we've found our Halloween costumes for 2012.
