GISH 2020 is over and I’ve got that good tired going on. My house is a wreck, and I keep thinking about what to papier-mâché next since all the supplies are all over the place anyway. Everything is sticky and/or crusty, thanks to projects like the cotton candy wig:

Took us six good-sized cones to get this shape. We had several melt from humidity before we got started.

We’re considering just burning the house down at this point. I’m glad I participated, and I honestly can’t wait for next year. It definitely lit a creative spark under me, and the frenetic pace made it more fun for some reason. I guess that’s the procrastinator gene in action.
